Bio

Assistant Coach Armand Correa enters his second year as an Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach.  Correa began his coaching career as a volunteer assistant here at Suffolk after graduating from St. Joseph’s College.

As a player, Correa enjoyed a successful career at Bellport High School playing Varsity all four years.  During his high school career he earned All Conference and All County honors.  While at Suffolk County Community College, he was the starting guard for two seasons while earning All Region XV honors.  Correa accepted a scholarship to play for Dowling College where he finished his two years of his collegiate career.  Coach Correa received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from St. Joseph’s College.
