Bio

Originally from the Caribbean, Saint Lucia, Weber graduated from Amityville High School in 2010, where he was All-League and All-County in track & field, coached by Hall of Fame Coach Reynolds Hawkins.  A Suffolk CC alum (2015), Weber competed in spring track & field in 2012 and 2015, for our very own highly successful team under Coach Matt French.  Weber has also attended SUNY Geneseo, where he also competed in track & field. In 2020, Weber joined the Suffolk CC staff as an assistant track & field coach, where he was voted USTFCCCA Northeast Region Women's Assistant Coach of the Year for both the 2023 and 2024 season.

With a background of being a multi-event track and field athlete, personal trainer and USATF certified, Coach Lord has a strong understanding in the developmental process of various track and field disciplines.
