Please make sure you are registered as a full time student and have a physical done on Suffolk forms.

The physical form can be found on www.sunysuffolkathletics.com under the inside athletics tab.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PHYSICAL IS TURNED IN TO THE ATHLETIC OFFICE BY JULY 29th!!!
