#1 Defense In The Country!

Congratulations to the Women's Basketball Team on finishing the season #1 in DEFENSE - IN THE COUNTRY! 

Out of the 88 teams that competed this year in NJCAA DIII Women's Basketball, the Sharks own the #1 spot in defense - giving up an average of 45.0 ppg!  Suffolk edged out #2 Nationally-Ranked Massasoit CC, from Brockton, Mass., by .3 points!

This is the 4th time in Coach Foley's tenure that the team as lead the country in defense.
