Bio

Keith Ginsberg was named Head Men’s Soccer Coach in 2017, after serving 5 years as an assistant. He was also named Head Women’s Soccer Coach in 2020. In his first season as the Head Men’s Soccer Coach, Ginsberg guided the team to a Region XV Championship and an Elite 8 appearance at the NJCAA National Championships. During his 8 years, the men’s soccer team has played in 2 National Championship games (2013 & 2014), while winning the programs 2nd National Championship in 2014. They have played in 7 Regional Championships, winning 4 of them as well as a National Final Four Appearance. 

Prior to Suffolk, Ginsberg was the Head Women’s Varsity Soccer Coach at Half Hollow Hills West High School. In his 2 years as Head Coach he compiled a record of 18-9-1 and winning the program’s 1st League Title.

Keith, who graduated from Deer Park High School, played three years of varsity for the Falcons soccer and lacrosse teams. He is also a Suffolk CC alum, where he was a two year starter and All-Region student-athlete and was the team captain his sophomore year. He played his last two years at Stony Brook University. His senior year the soccer team became the first athletic program at Stony Brook to be ranked in the Top 25 in the country. 

Ginsberg is also a Sports Performance Trainer having trained many D-I student-athletes including Jamie Ortega who was the #1 lacrosse recruit in the country, 2020 pre-season National Player of the Year & an All American for the University of North Carolina. 

Ginsberg graduated from Stony Brook University with his Bachelor’s Degree in Multi-Disciplinary Studies and received his Master’s degree in Sports Administration from the University of Miami.
